Each estate is shown at one of seven stages. A stage is only used when supported by actual records.
1.Planning
Estate design and planning are in progress. No land work has started.
2.Under verification
Land, survey, soil and topography checks are being carried out.
3.Land preparation
Clearing, access and layout works are under way.
4.Planting
Seedlings are being planted in the field.
5.Establishment
Young plants are being maintained through the establishment period.
6.Developing
Plants are maturing; early yields may be recorded.
7.Productive
The estate is in commercial production.
