This website is operated by Tera Farms Investment ("Tera Farms", "we", "us", "our"), a developing agricultural estate business in Nigeria. The website describes our agricultural activities, plans and progress, and provides a way to contact us. It is an information website. It is not an investment platform, a marketplace or a payment service.

By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, our Website Disclaimer and, where relevant, our Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Nothing on this website constitutes, or should be taken as:

13. General

Waiver. A failure or delay by Tera Farms to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

Force majeure. Tera Farms is not liable for any failure to make the website available caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. Tera Farms may transfer its rights to a successor business.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct discussion; failing that, the dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
